If something is wrong in the app, telling us the phone, the version and what you were doing when it happened saves a round trip. Sheaf has no crash reporting, by choice — which means nothing reaches us unless somebody writes.
Is Sheaf in the App Store or on Google Play?
Not yet. When it is, the buttons on the front page will link straight to it. There is no waiting list and no address to leave — this page is the announcement.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Your streak and your progress live on the phone, which also means they do not follow you to a new one.
How do I cancel Sheaf Plus?
From your store account, not from us — on iPhone under Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and on Android in the Google Play app under Payments and subscriptions. Sheaf keeps working until the period you have paid for is over.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple and by Google, because they took the payment. We cannot issue one, but write to us and we will help you make the request.
Which age is the learning path for?
Roughly seven to ten, and it is built to be worked through side by side rather than handed over. The songs and the morning page are for the whole household.
Does it work without a signal?
Largely, yes. Songs can be downloaded to the phone, and the next two weeks of morning pages are kept on the device, so the daily habit survives a car journey or a weekend away.
Which Bible translation does Sheaf use?
Public-domain translations only, credited where a verse appears. New writing uses the World English Bible, Catholic Edition. Verses are looked up in a fixed text rather than retyped, so what is printed is what that text says.
Is the content made with AI?
Yes — the songs, the daily devotionals and the lessons. Every one of them is read by a person before it is published, and the songs carry the same mark inside the app on the screen you play them from.
How do I delete what I have written?
It is on the phone and nowhere else, so deleting the entry in the app, or deleting the app, removes it. There is no copy with us to ask about.
